Let us set up an appointment to have access to your control box for your sprinkler system. we then set the box to the correct watering days and times. we also will go through your entire system up to six zones. This will include adjusting any heads for proper coverage and unclogging any heads necessary. If any repairs need to be made, it would be parts plus labor. An estimate would be provided prior to taking care of the repairs. Additional zones are $10 for each added zone.

 2 ft.³ bag of mulch covers approximately 12 ft.² at a 2 inch depth and 8 ft.² at a 3 inch depth to determine how many bags you need. Calculate the square footage of your area and divided by the coverage for your desired depth or call us for an estimate to measure out the total area you would like covered. this includes pick up, delivery, installation and cleanup, and is the price per bag. We also install mulch only if you would like to order it from your own source. We charge $150  per pallet 

We can set up an appointment for our trained crew to come out and help with any landscape needs you may have on an hourly basis. We charge $150 per hour which includes two people and the use of the equipment necessary for the job. We charge a one hour minimum.

We blow the requested leaves into piles, rake and bag into 55 gallon contractors bags and place curbside for removal during waste pick up day. Discounted pricing and no minimum bag limit  is for existing customers only. For one offs/customers not on monthly maintenance, there is an additional $5 per bag up charge and a bag minimum of six bags. This is also a service that can be built into your monthly maintenance. when agreed upon in advance.

A piece of sod is approximately 2 x 2 and covers 4 ft.² , to find the area, you simply multiply the length by the width. You may choose between Zosia, Saint Augustine, Palmetto, Floretam, Seville, and Bahia grasses. This is great for small areas where you’ve received an HOA letter and it is visible from the street. For larger jobs, contact us for a more customized estimate.

This is based on a smaller  Fishhawk Yard of 1000 to 2000 sq ft. This price is only offered on a Bi-Weekly Basis and includes Mowing/Edging/Line Trimming and Blowing. This our minimum fee for our service- For properties with gates (must me at least 36 inches wide) and fences or obstacles such as outdoor furniture, fire pits, swing sets, trampolines or fire pits, etc. add $10. For ponds serviced to the water line add $10. We do not use push mowers.

This price is only offered on a Weekly Basis and includes Mowing/Edging/Line Trimming/Weed Control/Hedges and Tree pruning up to 6ft. and Blowing. This our minimum fee for our service- For properties with gates (must me at least 36 inches wide) and fences or obstacles such as outdoor furniture, fire pits, swing sets, trampolines or fire pits, etc. add $10. For ponds serviced to the water line add $10. Larger hedges are extra.

This is based on a larger Fishhawk Yard over 2001 sq ft. This price is only offered on a Weekly Basis and includes Mowing/Edging/Line Trimming/Weed Control/Hedges and Tree pruning up to 6ft. and blowing. These properties require a walk through, and then a custom estimate is provided.
